Lee has spent over 25 years navigating the ups and downs of the local market. He built his business on integrity, community engagement, and a customer-first approach. His detailed, customized plans for each client have made him one of the most respected agents in the region. In addition to managing Northgate Realty’s day-to-day operations, Lee has been an active leader in the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, serving as Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee in 2016 and as a Board Director from 2018 to 2020. Outside of real estate, Lee enjoys walking with Angela and their four dogs through local parks and cheering on the Washington Commanders with his son Jared, a first-grade teacher in Montgomery County.

Angela brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, starting on the title side before transitioning into sales. Known for her attention to detail and ability to guide clients through complex transactions, she was named the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS’ Rookie of the Year and has been recognized as a rising star by DC Metro Real Producers and the Washington Business Journal. Originally from Cali, Colombia, Angela has a broad network both nationally and internationally and is passionate about helping others. She volunteers monthly with the KIND organization, distributing food to children in need. Angela is also a proud mother of three—Sofia, Valentina, and Oliver—while balancing her love for travel and exploring new cultures.
